Privacy Policy
DashTemplate ("we", "us", or "our") operates dashtemplate.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact / inquiry form — name, email address, company name, and the message you write when submitting a custom-build inquiry.
- Purchase — payment and billing information is processed entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs — standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. Logs are retained for 30 days.
- Analytics — we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. No personal identifiers are stored.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your custom-build inquiry and send you a project proposal.
- To deliver purchased digital products and related updates.
- To improve the site and fix bugs (aggregate analytics only).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Inquiry form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Purchase records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of inquiry records at any time (see Section 6).
4. Cookies
DashTemplate does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Session storage may be used for UI state (e.g. filter preferences) and is never transmitted to any server.

6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dashtemplate.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use Cloudflare's infrastructure which provides DDoS protection and encryption in transit. Inquiry data is stored in an encrypted database with access restricted to authorised personnel.
8. Children
DashTemplate is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
