Terms of Service

By accessing dashtemplate.com or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and licence

Each template purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, modify, and deploy the template in your own projects, including commercial and client work, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may not resell, sublicence, or redistribute the template source code as a standalone product or template.
  • You may not claim authorship of the original template design.
  • You may use the template in an unlimited number of your own projects or client projects.
  • You may modify the template code freely.

2. Payment and delivery

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed by Stripe. Upon successful payment, the product is made available for immediate download. Digital products are non-transferable.

3. Custom build projects

Custom dashboard development services are governed by a separate project agreement sent at the time of scoping. These Terms apply to the general relationship and any templates delivered as part of that project. Payment terms, milestones, and ownership are set out in the individual project agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All templates, documentation, and site content are the intellectual property of DashTemplate unless otherwise stated. The licence granted in Section 1 covers template source files only; it does not grant rights over the DashTemplate brand, logo, or marketing materials.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that templates will be error-free or meet every use case. Your use is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashTemplate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DashTemplate products or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Build products that compete directly with DashTemplate by reselling the template source.

8. Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at dashtemplate.com/terms. Continued use of the site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DashTemplate is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
